Each Double Masters VIP Edition contains two foil borderless cards from a selection of 40 different cards, and they were selected because "they represented some of the most played cards from Commander, Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer." Wizards said that each of these cards feature brand-new art (with one exception) in Double Masters. You won't be able to find these cards in foil in the regular version of Double Masters.
Double Masters VIP is essentially a collector Booster of Double Masters. Each pack contains 33 cards:
